Collabos Corporation is established for the commercialization of cloud-based contact center solutions as the result of a joint investment made by ITX Corporation (capital contribution ratio of 85%) and Virtualex Corporation, currently Virtualex Consulting, Inc. (capital contribution ratio of 15%)
May 2002
@nyplace Launched “@nyplace” (pronounced as Anyplace), a cloud-based IP-PBX/CTI service for call centers using AVAYA's IP telephone exchange.
December 2003
Virtualex Corporation, currently Virtualex Consulting, Inc., transferred all its shares to ITX Corporation which had become a wholly owned parent company.
