- Collabos Corporation is established for the commercialization of cloud-based contact center solutions as the result of a joint investment made by ITX Corporation (capital contribution ratio of 85%) and Virtualex Corporation, currently Virtualex Consulting, Inc. (capital contribution ratio of 15%)
